Fixes in bundles
Can you make the bundle keyword not require a '!' as the leading character
In the javascript generated by a bundle :
a call to method :
window.open
should be done as the following :
window.open(url,randomNumber)
instead of :
window.open(url)
In my case only the first window opens.

That's true, in some browsers you have to let Shortmarks open popup windows (a one-time setting).

It seems you need to allow pop-ups from Shortmarks to allow all windows to open (worked for me).

The bundles require a prefix intentionally to avoid conflicts with regular entries. I might consider making it an option, but having a prefix also makes it easier to distinguish the two types in the code.
What browser and version are you using? I've tested bundles in Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox and Opera and they all opened.
